A great vineyard next door to Nuits-St-Georges1er Cru Clos de la Maréchale; it makes a similarly silky wine with good fruit and medium weight The Pinot Noir vineyards, on average are 10 years old and produce a deep coloured, aromatic wine with ripe black and red berry flavours and a classic earthy Pinot Noir bouquet. Its excellent balance of ripe tannins and elegant yet concentrated fruit results in a silky, approachable wine which ages very well. This wine is perfect with roasted or marinated red and white meats, and traditional cheeses.
