Delivery
We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders over the minimum threshold displayed at checkout. Orders below this threshold incur a standard delivery charge which is shown clearly before you confirm your order.
Orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes two to three business days. You will receive a tracking notification by email when your order has shipped.
Packaging
All wine is packed in purpose-designed cardboard wine packaging that holds bottles securely during transit. We do not use polystyrene or single-use plastic packaging. Boxes are fully recyclable.
Age Verification
By placing an order you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. We are required by law to verify the age of the person accepting delivery. Our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy and will ask for valid photo ID if the recipient appears to be under 25. If no valid ID is presented, the parcel will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Returns
If a wine arrives damaged or is faulty (corked, oxidised, or otherwise not fit for consumption), please contact us within seven days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We ask that you retain the bottle and packaging for collection.
We do not accept returns of wine that has been opened and consumed unless it is faulty. Please choose carefully — if you are unsure about a wine, contact us for a recommendation before purchasing.
