Alta Mora Etna Rosso 2023

Alta Mora is a newly founded estate owned by the Cusumano brothers, Diego and Alberto. In 2013, they purchased 15 hectares on the north side of Mt. Etna planted to Nerello Mascalese and Chardonnay and nine hectares in Guardiola at 880 meters above sea level. "The Etna Rosso is 100% Nerello Mascalese that sees six months in botte grande. In fact the wood element is absolutely neutral and the fruit has plenty of room to express itself. Dark berry fruit, dried cherry, spice and balsam herb are presented with sheer volume and brawn.
