Debt Collector `Cask Aged` 1-Year Moonshine (50% ABV) is an American-style ‘young’ whisky, aged for a year in charred virgin American oak. Made and matured in London with a mash of mostly corn, plus barley and rye and distilled twice in our copper pot still.
On the nose, enjoy a delightful blend of caramel and vanilla, with an initial earthy woodiness that evolves into a light, caramelised sweetness. As the flavour unfolds, pronounced oak undertones and a lingering spiciness bring hints of winter cloves and a touch of salted caramel, making each sip an inviting and memorable experience.
