Gaja Santa Pieve Restituta Brunello di Montalcino 2018

This is a deep Brunello di Montalcino from the legend that is Gaja. It has supple tannins, rich, dark fruit and a long finish. Named after a hillside church from the fourth century located toward the South of Montalcino, Gaja spent a decade restoring both the church and the vineyards to their firner glory. This particular Brunello was first produced in 2005, a blend of various vineyards, produced to the same exacting standards as all of Gaja`s wines. A super treat!
