Introducing Lemon Meadow, the fourth release in Nc`Nean`s boundary-pushing and experimental Huntress series. Using a yeast derived from a well know French sparkling wine production, one that is rarely used in Scotch whisky. It brings citrusy, biscuity notes - flavours of lemon sorbet, fresh chamomile, and all butter shortbread.
Huntress Lemon Meadow is the product of Nc`Nean`s very first yeast trial back in 2017, the year they began distilling. This unique fermentation, along with maturation in house style casks, results in a creamy, delicious and slightly floral whisky.
