Ocampo Tenerife Listan Negro 2023

Ocampo is the new Tenerife project from Jonatan García Lima, the winemaker behind two of the Canary Islands’ most respected estates: Bodegas Tamerán and Suertes del Marqués. Jonatan is a leading light and part of a new generation of Canarian winemakers preserving the islands’ rich heritage of ancient vineyards, indigenous varieties and traditional practices. The wine has an aromatic profile of blackberries, wild herbs, spice and earthy nuances. The palate is fresh and lively with black cherry, plum and forest fruits showcasing the natural vivacity of Listán Negro. Silky tannins provide gentle structure, leading to a persistent and elegant finish.
