Great value, organic, grower Champagne that is made with love! The winery only produces champagne from its own vineyards and has 11 hectares split between 4 family owned parcels.. The vineyards are treated organically with no fertilizers or chemicals, all grapes are hand harvested as late as possible yellow golden in colour, amazing buscuit and pastry aromas with a long smooth palate, plenty of fruit and good structure.. amazing value for a special wine.
