Saurus Barrel Ferment Malbec 2023

The combination of individually selected blocks of Malbec that have been fermented in subtley toasted new oak barrels allows the wine to show expressions of fully ripened fruit aromas with strong plum and cassis. The palate is backed up with floral and spiced nuances. This is a firm, well structured wine with hints of vanilla and chocolate, yet still shows a soft and full mouth feel with a long lingering finish.
