TBRC Signature Blend No.2

The second Signature Blend from That Boutique-y Rum Company, developed with Pete Holland, is a terrific expression made from a combination of particularly rich Guyanese rum and some wonderfully funky Jamaican rums, resulting in a flavour profile you`ll want to return to again and again. Through oily walnuts, rich molasses, dark chocolate, oaky tannins and spicy nutmeg there are pitted Medjool dates, raisins, papaya and banana bread. On the palate we get more woody spice, a hint of engine oil and sweet tobacco makes way for coconut husk, juicy pineapple and roasted apricot. An underlying note of sugarcane is present among darker notes of game meat, coffee beans and returning dark chocolate, before herbal notes of black tea and eucalyptus emerge.
